How to Prevent your Blogger Blog from Redirecting to Country-Specific URLs (keep .com only)
Google, as most would know, redirects Blogger blogs to country-specific domains.
For instance, if you open example.blogspot.com in your browser,
For instance, if you open example.blogspot.com in your browser,
you might be redirected to example.blogspot.in if you are located in India
or to example.blogspot.au if you access the same blog from Australia.
The main reason why Google implemented country-specific redirection is selective censorship – they can now easily block a blog, or a particular page on a blog, in one country but still serve it in other regions.

Blogger and Country-Specific Domains
My traffic logs suggest that country-specific redirection in Blogger is now live in at least 15 countries. Here’s a complete list:
India [blogspot.in], Australia [blogspot.com.au], UK [blogspot.co.uk], Japan [blogspot.jp], New Zealand [blogspot.co.nz], Canada [blogspot.ca], Germany [blogspot.de], Italy [blogspot.it], France [blogspot.fr], Sweden [blogspot.se], Spain [blogspot.com.es], Portugal [blogspot.pt], Brazil [blogspot.com.br], Argentina [blogspot.com.ar], Mexico [blogspot.mx]
Prevent Blogger from Redirecting to Country-Specific Domains
This country based URL redirection does mean some negative consequences to your Blogger blog. For example:
The social stats – or Facebook Likes, Google +1s and Tweet counts – for your blog stories may be diluted as the URLs for the same story become different from different visitors.
You will have a similar problem if you are using an external commenting platform like Disqus or Facebook Comments.
Also, if canonicalization isn’t implemented properly, it may cost you some Google juice as external websites may link to your country-specific pages.
If you are not happy with the idea of Blogger redirecting your blog to a different URL, you can add the following piece of code to your Blogger template and it will always serve the .com address to your visitors irrespective of their geographic location.
Go to your blog inside the Blogger Dashboard and choose Template. Then click the “Edit HTML” button followed by “Proceed.” Next, copy-paste the following code into the template after the <head> tag.

Click the Save Template button and now your Blogger Blog will always serve with the blogspot.com URL.
This simple script parses the domain name (document.location.hostname) of your blog page and if it includes a country-specific URL (like blogspot.in), it will force-redirect the visitor to the blogspot.com address using the /ncr switch.

Why You Should Not Disable Right Click!!
After working hard on a design, image or article you may want to protect it by using a JavaScript that disables right-click while optionally warning a visitor that the content is copyrighted. It might sound ok, but this isn’t generally a good idea. Why not?
It’s annoying!
You don’t realise just how much you use right-click until you can’t use it! There are a lot of useful features in the short menu that it opens up. While most are also available in the main browser menu, it’s often much quicker to use the right-click menu — this is usually the closest menu you have available. It’s pointless!
If you think disabling right-click will protect your source code or images, think again! Anyone who’s determined to copy your content or code will do so regardless of his or her ability to bring up a browser context menu. If they want your source code then it’s as simple as selecting ‘view source’ from the main menu. Article text can be highlighted and copied, images and media presentations can be retrieved from the cache, and streaming media can be recordedDisabling right-click will only make people more determined to learn exactly what it is you’re hiding. And this could end up being counter-productive, as your images and source code attract unwanted attention. Not only that, but you can only disable right-click on browsers that have JavaScript enabled: a visitor only has to turn off JavaScript in their browser’s options to be able to ignore the script altogether!
It’s disabling!
Mouse gestures that enable quicker navigation are starting to become a feature of browsers: Opera has them, Mozilla has just added support, and it’s only a matter of time before Internet Explorer adopts them. Disabling right-click on pages viewed in these browsers also disables the ability to use mouse gestures, so you won’t be popular with those that use them frequently!Even when you don’t make use of mouse gestures, their absence can still seriously affect your ability to browse the Internet. I tend to open any links from a page I like in a new window from the right-click menu, so that I can read and compare both pages and return without having to use the back button. While you can open a link in a new window by holding down shift while clicking on it, many find it easier to use the option from the right-click menu. Disable right-click and you’ll alienate these users pretty quickly.
It’s unprofessional!
Ask yourself this: would you buy something from a site that reminds you its images are protected by copyright every time you go to use right-click (even when your pointer is nowhere near an image)? I thought not! Disabling right click suggests a lack of professionalism to users. It’s insulting!
Most of your visitors will come to your site looking to buy something, or to find information. Only a small percentage of your visitors will land at your site with the intention to steal from it. By trying to protect yourself from the minority, you effectively insult the majority, who will use the right-click menu for legitimate reasons. Do you really expect your visitors to trust you when you offer them "helpful reminders" that imply you can’t trust them?Granted, some people will want to view your source code — but don’t assume that everyone who looks at it will want to use it on their site! Savvy visitors that are aware of deceptive techniques used by some unscrupulous site owners may just want to check that a link is going to take them where they think it will take them. Does that make them a thief?
Solutions for Content Protection
There are other, less controversial alternative solutions available to the problem protecting your images or source code.Protecting your Images
1. Disable Right Click on Images only
If you really must disable right-click, then limit the aggravation and use a script that disables it on images only (some scripts also prevent the IE6 image toolbar from appearing). Of course there will be times when people want to use right-click and have their mouse over an image, so I’d recommend you change the message slightly to reflect the fact that only images are affected.
2. Mark Images
Another way you can identify images as your own is to mark them in some way. The best way to deter the would-be thief is to make a visual mark on the most interesting part of the image. Marks such as your logo, your site address or even the word "sample" in either a solid or translucent colour make it obvious that an image is not intended for general distribution. This graffiti-style tactic works well on sites that offer artistic services, and can also help to discourage hotlinking.
3. Digital Watermarks
Digital watermarking is the practice of embedding identifiable information into a file. Typically this is a unique ID code or the image creator’s contact details. This embedded information is invisible to the average surfer but can be viewed with the aid of graphic program plug-ins or specialist stand-alone decoders. A digital watermark is typically stronger than a physical mark, because it is not obvious when you look at an image whether it has additional information. Having said that, this method provides no deterrent to a thief, although in theory it should make tracing your work (and in some cases derivative works) much easier.
4. The Window
If you want to show the level of detail in your high quality images without giving away too much "for free", then you could use what I refer to as the "window" method. Imagine you were looking at the full image through a square inch hole in a piece of paper; you wouldn’t be able to see much of the final image, but you will be able to see the quality and detail in the image without having to display the full image. I’ve seen this approach implemented in Java at some image galleries (allowing you to move the viewable window), although it is probably simpler (and quicker for your visitors) to use a cropped image based on the original.
Protecting your HTML
Using a script to disable right-click is not the most effective way of making your source code difficult to read. Most of the techniques used to protect HTML source code use JavaScript, so if visitors happen to have it switched off, the site becomes unusable.
There are three main JavaScript techniques used to protect the source code of a page:
- Encode the source code to make it unreadable without decoding
- Put the bulk of the source code in a JavaScript include
- Open the page in a new window with all menus disabled (not recommended)
What Will You Protect?
Obviously, the alternatives you choose to use will depend on what you need to protect and how important its protection is. You should bear in mind that anyone who’s determined to steal your stuff will find a way to steal it — even if this means taking a screen capture or typing out an article you’ve disabled text highlighting on!Of course, there is a much easier way to protect your content from would-be thieves without ever having to disable any browser functions. If you want to protect something that badly, don’t put it on the Web in the first place!

Daily Positive Thoughts – Useful Things
Remember
only useful things and there will be no need to even think about
forgetting anything painful. The method to stay in constant enthusiasm
and to keep others enthusiastic is to see specialities in others.
Many times
while I am sincerely working towards my task, I find myself losing my
enthusiasm. I also might find people not very happy with me or my work.
I do make an attempt to understand their feelings but fail to do so Such negative responses further reduce my enthusiasm.
I need to develop the art of looking at specialities in people.
The more I
am able to see their positive qualities, the more I am able to relate to
them with that speciality. This encourages the other person further to
use that speciality. This will naturally keep me constantly enthusiastic
Serving Though The Subtle Body Of Light
Apart from
our physical form (body), each one of us also has a form of light – a
subtle light body. It is referred to as the aura, and can be seen by
some sensitive souls. All of us might not be able to see it, but we can
become aware of the aura of others’ through the vibrations they emit. The purity of our subtle, light form is dependent on the purity of our thoughts or mental vibrations.
Given
below are some thoughts for a meditation to help experience your subtle
form and serve through it. Think and visualize each thought alongside:
I become
detached from my physical surroundings… I consciously create only the
purest thoughts… Now I visualize my true form… I am a subtle being of
pure spiritual light, a sparkling star situated at the center of the
forehead… Gradually, I become aware of my subtle body of pure, white
light surrounding any physical form… In my body of light, I, the soul,
the sparkling energy, consciously stand up and step away from my
physical form, which remains seated… I, the soul, inside my subtle body,
observe my physical body in a detached way… Now I slowly fly outside
the room I am in… I visualize myself, in the subtle form, suspended in
the sky… White rays of spiritual light radiate from me, the soul, and my
body of light into the world… like that of an angel… In this pure
awareness of myself in my form of light, I realize that the greatest
gifts I can share with those around me are the light of love, peace and
truth.
Sitting
anywhere, this meditation exercise can be done to visualize oneself in a
hospital, on the site of a natural calamity, accident, next to a friend
or relative in pain etc., basically anywhere where vibrations of
positivity, peace and happiness are required – the location of
visualizing yourself can be hundreds of miles from where you may
physically be. As you practice the art of being aware of your
subtle body, you will begin to sense how you can have a positive effect
on others simply radiating good wishes, pure thoughts and pure feelings.

Anger Management
Creating Your Inner Peace Room (Visualization)
To overcome
anger, visualize a house and in that house there is a peace room. See
the room as an empty space. Then, step by step decorate and finish the
room with the colours and objects, which symbolize peace to you. See the
sun streaming into the room, filling the room with light. Then see
yourself sitting in the room and filling the room with your vibrations
of peace.
This is now your inner peace room.
Whenever you see yourself experiencing emotions like anger, irritation,
frustration etc. – you can go visit this room using the power of your
mind and intellect (visualization) – it takes only a second – and peace
awaits you. To keep it fresh in your mind write a description of your peace room.
Message for the day 22-04-2013
To contribute selflessly is to move forward with the blessings of all.
Projection:
Many times weI find ourselves in situations where there is a problem,
where we seem to be part of the problem too. We try defending ourselves
but people do not always understand. At such times there is no solution
to be found, and we find ourselves talking again and again about the
problem.
Solution:
We need to become part of the solution instead of just being part of
the problem and talking about it. To be part of the solution means to
make some contribution in order to better the situation. When we do
whatever little we can, we continue to receive blessings from those
around us.
Rare Blue Diamond Has Been Unearthed at a Mine in South Africa!
The 25.5-carat stone was recovered by Petra Diamonds at its Cullinan mine and is expected to bring large profits.
Experts say it could be worth more than $10m (£6m), and the find gave a boost to Petra’s share price.
Similar finds in recent years from the Cullinan mine have commanded high prices and Petra, with operations in Botswana and Tanzania, is expecting a high level of interest from buyers.
It was named the “Star of Josephine” by its new owner.
Another deep-blue diamond from Cullinan was auctioned for $10.8m last year and set a world record for the value per carat.
In 1905, the renowned Star of Africa blue diamond – the world’s second largest cut diamond – was discovered at the Cullinan mine.
The pear-shaped 530-carat stone was presented to King Edward VII and became part of the British crown jewels.

The Beauty of Tanzania
Approximately, Tanzania lies on the East African coast between 1° and 11°45' south, and 29°20' and 40°35' east. It is bordered by Kenya and Uganda to the north, Rwanda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west, and Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique to the south. Tanzania (Area: 945,087 sq km) is the largest of the East African nations, and it possesses a geography as mythic as it is spectacular. The total population is estimated  around 40 million, while the population of Dar es Salaam as a business city is estimated at 2.5 million.

Roughly 120 tribes inhabit Tanzania, each speaking its own language

In the northeast of Tanzania is a mountainous region that includes the snow-capped majesty Mount Kilimanjaro (19,340 ft./5,895 m) and Mt. Meru (14,979 ft/4,566 m), the latter of which is the highest point in Africa and possibly the most breathtaking mountain imaginable.

To the west of these peaks is Serengeti National Park, which has the greatest concentration of migratory game animals in the world (200,000 zebra, for example) As for the wildlife – well, Tanzania is a singularly compelling safari destination. In the south, you have the Selous, the world’s largest game reserve. In the north, the sweeping plains of the Serengeti are justifiably the most famous park in Africa, while nearby Ngorongoro Crater is perhaps the most scenically dramatic

Kuingia huko gerezani ilibidi kupitishwa kwenye mageti sita, ambayo yote yalikuwa yana walinzi waliojizaziti.

Kuingia huko gerezani ilibidi kupitishwa kwenye mageti sita, ambayo yote yalikuwa yana walinzi waliojizaziti.

How to Stop Spam e-mail in Your Mail-Box
If you post your email address on the net, chances are it will fall in the hands of spammers. Once you're on a mailing list, your email address is going to get sold and resold to millions of spammers.
1. You should always set your junk mail filter settings to accept email only from your specified white-list of contacts.
2. When signing up at companies that don't really need your personal info, I submit fake names, date of births, etc. A lot of these companies will send you an email to verify your email address. You still don't need to give them a real one -- you can use services like Guerilla Mail for temporary disposable addresses!
The idea is dead simple: go to the website, it gives you a random e-mail address that’s good for one hour, and links to nothing else. Register for sites or whatever with it, and then never worry about it again.
3. Never, ever reply to a spam message. This includes buying a product that is for sale or clicking the often-misunderstood "unsubscribe" link, which actually informs your spammer that you exist. If you can tell from the subject line that a message is spam, don't open it — delete it. Spam subject lines usually promise you a better sex life, a more youthful appearance, prescription drugs without a doctor's approval, love, thicker hair, or a better mortgage rate. They also use attention-demanding punctuation, such as exclamation marks or all caps.
4. Don't click any links in a spam email. Spammers often have multiple, unique pages on their sites. Often, when you click a URL in a spam message, this tells the spammer that you — and only you — received the message he or she sent.
5. Don't forward an email from someone you don’t know to a list of people. You remember those "forward this email to 20 of your friends" messages? They are perfect for spammers to harvest email addresses, even if the sender of the original email did not have this intent. These types of sign-and-forward emails often appear in the form of a petition — and they don’t work.
6. Don't post your email address on a public forum or website. Since posting the address on the header of this site, the amount of junk mail to dhazuken1977@hotmail.com has increased 10-fold! (it was an interesting experiment)
Hopefully that should keep you out of harms way!

Attributes Of The Best Entrepreneurial Leaders
Creating and building a business is not a one-man show. It requires a team effort, or at least the ability to build trust and confidence among key players, and effectively communicate with partners, team members, investors, vendors, and customers. These actions are the hallmark of an effective leader.
Behind the actions are a set of principles and characteristics that entrepreneurial leaders, like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, seem to have in common. Look for these and nurture them in your own context to improve the odds of success for your own start up:
1. Clarity of vision and expectations. You must be able and willing to communicate to everyone your vision, goals, and objectives. Just as importantly, you have to be absolutely clear about who you are, what you stand for, and what you expect from everyone around you. People won’t follow you if they are in the dark or confused.
2. Willingness to make decisions. It is often said that making any decision is better than making no decision. Even better than “any decision” is a good decision made quickly. Business decisions always involve risk, at times a great deal of it. Smart entrepreneurs always balance the risk with facts, when they have them, rather than their gut.
3. Experience and knowledge in your business area. Effective leaders set a personal standard of competence for every person and function in the start up. It must be clear that you have the knowledge, insight, and skill to make your new company better than your very best competitor.
4. Commitment and conviction for the venture. This commitment must be passionate enough to motivate and inspire people to do their best work, and put their heart into the effort. Behind the passion must be a business model that makes sense in today’s world, and a determination to keep going despite setbacks.
5. Open to new ideas and creativity. In business, this means spending time and resources on new ideas, as well as encouraging people to find faster, better, cheaper, and easier ways to produce results, beat competition, and improve customer service. Be a role model and guide others to excel.
6. Courage to acknowledge and attack constraints. An effective leader is willing and able to allocate resources to remove obstacles to the success of the start up, as well as removing constraints on individuals on the team. It is believing that where there is the will, there will be a way.
7. Reward continuous learning. You have to encourage everyone to learn and grow as a normal and natural part of business. That means no punishment for failures, and positive opportunities for training and advancement. Personally, it means upgrading your own skills, listening, and reading about new developments and approaches.
8. Self-discipline for consistency and reliability. An effective leader is totally predictable, calm, positive, and confident, even under pressure. People like to follow someone when they don’t have to “walk on eggshells” to avoid angry outbursts, or assume daily changes in direction.
9. Accept responsibility for all actions. Everyone and every company makes mistakes. Good entrepreneurs don’t want to be seen as perfect, and they have to be seen as willing to accept the fact that “the buck stops here.” No excuses, or putting the blame on the economy, competitors, or team members.
The good news is that all of these principles of leadership are learnable. The bad news is that it’s not easy. Don’t assume that success as an entrepreneur is only about great presentations, killing competitors, or having insanely great ideas. It’s really more about leadership, understanding the needs of your prospective clients, and communicating your solutions with clarity.
